When Caroline came to me in April 2021, she was working as a PT and had not long launched an online fitness subscription platform that she was looking to scale.

She had under 5k followers on Instagram and was starting to build some traction in both the fitness and fashion content spaces. She wanted to find a way to balance the two whilst also accelarating the growth of her fitness business.

We looked to this in a number of ways;

To ensure that the fashion content on instagram wasn’t overwhelming the fitness content and creating a content framework with this in mind
To harness the power of reels for the fitness content
To position Caroline’s expertise across the fitness and lifestyle media reaching her target audience

In little under 12 months, Caroline was featured in titles such as Women’s Fitness, woman & home, Good Housekeeping, Sheerluxe, Women’s Health, Top Sante and many more. We launched a rebrand of the business, she more than tripled her instagram following to almost 20k, onboarded over 100 new members to her platform and was at capacity for PT sessions.

However, we continued working together and she continued to achieve further incredible coverage including the likes of The Telegraph as well as repeat results across the top tier women’s lifestyle titles. Her Instagram continued to grow through savvy use of video content. We worked together on implementing sign up incentives to build on her email database along with delivering a regular newsletter, a combination of which grew her mailing list by over 3,600% in 18 months and was successfully generating regular income.

Caroline also landed on the radars of high profile celebrity fans as well as brands such as Debenhams, Balance Me and Tesco who have become collaborators. Her subscription business has grown exponentially, she no longer works as a PT, now works with brands as an influencer/content creator and her instagram following now sits at over 250k.
